View the full details of your guests' reservations in your Futurestay dashboard
Your guests' reservation information is always available in your Futurestay dashboard to make sure you have important details about each booking, so you can ensure each guest has a great stay --leading to great reviews and repeat guests. You can access reservation activity and reservation details in your Futurestay dashboard from your Calendar and from your Reservations list view. Just click or tap on a reservation to view its full details.
Reservation details include:

Guest contact details: Guest name, phone number, and email address for the guest who booked, and the number of guests in the party. You can contact guests to send them any needed details for their check-in or stay, answer any questions they may have about your property or the nearby area, and help coordinate their arrival and departure if needed.

Check-in date, check-out date, and number of nights of the stay: Knowing when guests will arrive and depart is important for scheduling your cleaning and maintenance tasks. You'll need to know when you can start cleaning the property after a departing guest checks out, as well as when the next guest will be arriving.
- Reservation rate and payment details: Reservations that guests booked via your direct booking website will include detailed payment information, including the amount paid, the payment method, and a line item breakdown of the total booking value.
- Cancellation policy: Futurestay includes the specific cancellation policy that was in place for your property when the guest booked their reservation, so that you and the guest have the exact terms of the booking. That way, in case of any questions or issues about the booking or cancellation terms, you're both referring to the same information.
