If you have an international bank account, you will need to create a Payoneer account to get paid.
If you are creating a Payoneer account, your banking will not be ready to move forward until Payoneer sends you a confirmation email that your account is complete.
Delays with account creation are between you and Payoneer. Futurestay does not have any control over this process. If you have a question about the materials needed to create your Payoneer account, please reach out to the Payoneer team for support.
Submit your driver's license, passport, or other government issued ID for verification.
Please read the directions to ensure you are submitting the proper documents. A selfie or other non-government photo will not be accepted.
Upon submission, a real person from our team will review your documents. If you need to resubmit your ID then someone from our team will reach out to you and request the information.
A blue "done" mark will appear on your checklist when our verification team has completed their review. This can take anywhere from 1-7 business days.
