From your Dashboard Home Page, you will see the menu tab is named, "Reservations." Click on Reservations.
If you have already imported and reviewed your properties and synced your calendars the first view of your Reservations Page will look like this:
On the left, you see your list of properties.
This view allows you to see your monthly reservations by property, including the listing site the reservation came from.
Click the reservation to see further details about the stay.
At the top of this view you will see the payment information for the reservation, then the guest contact information, and reservation details.
On the right, you will see any notes, guest questions, and the RSVP source.
If this reservation is from a listing site which allows you to cancel, the button in the top right will read, "Cancel Reservation."
Use the search bar to find a particular reservation. Search by RSVP number, guest name, or date range.
You can also use the month-drop down to look at your reservations on a monthly basis
If you are new to Futurestay and are exploring your Dashboard, you won't have any reservation information in this view yet.
Instead, your default view will be the Reservations Table:
Once you sync your calendars or get your first Smart Connection™ reservation, your calendar view will be available.
