If you select your menu navigation named, "Connections" you'll be taken to your "Connections Page."
The buttons on your Connections Page may look slightly different depending on the state of your Getting Started Checklist
The first section of your Connections Page tells you the status of your Smart Connections™.
Example one, shows you a Smart Connection™ that is "OFF."
If you haven't completed Step 3 of your Getting Started Checklist, all your Connections will be in the "OFF" state.
Example two shows you a Smart Connection™ that has been turned "ON."
Don't worry, a Smart Connection™ will not turn "ON" without your review and approval.
The blue bar shows you how many properties are connected by a Smart Connection™.
Example three, shows you a Smart Connection™ that has been clicked from "OFF" to "ON."
A pending status is normal. Your Connection Specialist is reviewing your account and will reach out to you with any additional information they may need to turn the connection from "pending" to "ON."
The Calendar Sync section of your Connections Page is used to set up your Smart Connections™.
When you get to Step 4 of your Getting Started Checklist, your Connection Specialist will walk you through syncing your calendars' current availability to Futurestay, so your Smart Connections™ can turn "ON."
