If you receive a red error message when pasting your public-facing property links, please review that your link matches the following criteria: 

⁠— Public-facing: The URL is from the page that your guests see when they book your property, not the one you use to edit your property. 

⁠— Correctly formatted, for example: https://www.booking.com/sunrise/villas/12435

⁠—For best results, use a link from your listings on: Booking.com, Airbnb, HomeAway, or VRBO

Check for a Specific Message

Besides the above recommendations, you should see a specific message telling you why your link cannot be imported. 

If you receive the error, "Invalid URL" make sure that your link wasn't cut off when typing or missing a letter when pasting. 

Property Cards

If you see this property card after pasting your link, don't worry, this means that this property is taking a little longer to import. 

Continue with Step 1 by clicking the "Import to Dashboard" button in the right-hand corner of your screen. 

Then, you'll be ready for Step 2 of your Getting Started Checklist.
