Send a Message
The top section allows you to send a chat message to one of our Rental Advisers. Click "New Conversation" to send them a message.
Search the Futurestay Help Center
If you already have this window open, you can use the bottom field to search for articles in the Futurestay Help Center.
Use the search bar. Type key words, phrases, or your question and hit enter. Applicable articles will appear.
If there is a related article available, it will appear in the drop-down. Click it to read more.
Browse the Futurestay Help Center
If you'd like to browse all of the Help Center's articles, go to the top right-hand corner of the screen to your name.
Hover for the drop-down menu to appear. Select "Help Center."
The Futurestay Help Center will open in a new window.
Here is where you will find the article categories. Click to open the category and see the available support articles.
How to Schedule a Meeting with a Rental Adviser
Hover to get the drop-down menu and click “Schedule a Meeting.”
A new window will open prompting you to type your email address.
Once you do, the window will change to a calendar view. Select the best date and time for your meeting.
Type your information, including the best phone or Skype number to reach you. Also include your question so your Rental Adviser can prepare for your meeting.
When all the fields are complete click the “Confirm” button in the bottom right. You will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled date and time.
